Verdict

RAMSES DE TEILLEE returned to action with a victory over hurdles here last month. Last year’s Welsh Grand National runner-up will relish the testing going back over fences and David Pipe’s charge is fancied to go close despite a rise in the weights. Potters Legend also ran over timber on last month’s comeback and could figure off his current mark while Big River has undergone wind surgery since last in action in April and goes well fresh. West Approach found only one too good over a shorter trip here on his reappearance though last won back in 2017 and Pop Rockstart has been raised a further 8lb after scoring at Carlisle but there looks more to come from him. Achille showed progressive form last season and will handle today’s ground though doubts surround Relentless Dreamer on this surface.
