Verdict
One True King needed his reappearance at Stratford and comfortably landed the odds at Uttoxeter next time. He could be well treated on his handicap debut and is certainly less exposed than the majority of these. But MAGIC DANCER is interesting as he by-passed an easier assignment at Carlisle yesterday to run here. He’s not won for a while but has dropped to a lenient mark as a consequence and the uphill finish here suits his style of running. Endlessly and Wild Max both have excellent strike-rates and have only run three times over hurdles, as has French import Nanabelle. Benny's Bridge goes well fresh and won this 12 months ago with Hallings Comet only fourth. He pulled up lame when a beaten favourite in the Greatwood here last November but has been given plenty of time to get over that. Nothing went right for St Gallen last time but he’d been in good form in the summer and could run well at a price.
