        Verdict

        A potentially interesting maiden in which Karraar and Melrose Abbey arrive with similar claims, both representing in-form yards and filling the minor placing in Nottingham maidens on their respective debuts. It would not surprise to see either oblige although slight preference is for the Hannon colt purely from a fitness perspective. However, it's ARABLE who receives the vote in the hope that the form displayed on his reappearance can be taken literally. A second of nine to Arab Spring at Kempton this term looked ordinary at the time but the Stoute inmate has since routed a Doncaster handicap field with any amount in hand.
