In depth

Verdict

Space Oddity is lightly raced but was racing off a 4lb lower mark when second at Taunton in April. All For The Best won a novices' event at Uttoxeter in the summer, despite hanging badly. That was only his third start over timber and he's preferred to stablemate Bumble Bay but Beau Bay is interesting as he made significant progress in the second half of last season and should be winning soon. Distant Rain was favourite when second at Uttoxeter last month while Sadma won here just over a year ago, though has been absent since scoring at Wincanton on Boxing Day. ROCKLANDER remains winless but can put that right today. He's been dropped 3lb since coming up against a useful sort in a maiden at Uttoxeter in June.
