Verdict
They've saved the hardest race till last at Chepstow and if you're not in front by now, start praying! Riley's Dream is just preferred, with Tappit, Loch Laird, Adantino and Magic Amour also on a long-looking shortlist. Mick Channon's filly beat Tappit by half a length at Brighton recently in a similar race, and can easily be forgiven her poor run at Catterick last time as her saddle slipped. She is only a pound worse off today, and just gets the nod. Music Maid followed a smooth turf win at Lingfield with a reasonable effort at Sandown, and this represents a drop in class for her so she merits the utmost respect. Adantino has yet to win a race despite plenty of attempts, but he is fairly treated on some of his old form and ran well when third in a decent race at Bath last time, while Magic Amour produced a great effort on his reappearance at Salisbury when third to a couple of useful horses, and the booking of Jimmy Fortune catches the eye. Loch Laird was behind him that day but this frustrating character is another with place claims at the very least.
