Pattern Mark is a winner without a penalty having landed an apprentices' race under today's rider at Newcastle last time. He should in the firing-line again while Oliver's Gold produced a much better effort at Pontefract recently and could also figure. Bondi Mist won't be far away with a repeat of her recent third at Brighton but CRITICAL POINT could prove the one to beat. He finally got off the mark with first-time blinkers apparently doing the trick at Yarmouth last week and there should be plenty more to come now he's discovered winning ways.
