Verdict

This is a competitive little heat but Ron Hodges has DAYTIME AHEAD in fine form. The grey is still creeping up the weights but she’ll handle conditions better than most and can record a first victory away from Wincanton. Carnspindle looked to be getting back to her best at Plumpton while a win at Lingfield should have boosted the confidence of Naranja. Skewiff is lightly raced and making her handicap debut, though may be a few pounds too high. Maiden Lerichi Belle definitely needs some help from the handicapper and Drumviredy has a bit to prove at present.
