Verdict

A decent event and only Miss Sutton can be safely ignored. Ratio, whose best effort last term was when beaten less than a length in the Group 3 Jersey Stakes. Although that was on fast ground, connection's believe he would be better suited by some give underfoot. King's Ironbridge the winner of last years Craven Stakes, never really got his act toghether after that. He has been lightly raced this term, but if anywhere near his best he would win this. The evergreen Granny's Pet is as game as they come, but he has plenty on at the weights, so the choice is Late Night Out, who is more likely to run his race.
