Verdict

JUST A PAR was second to smart stayer At Fisher's Cross in the Sefton Hurdle at Aintree in April. He will have had plenty of schooling ahead of his chasing bow and could turn out to be one of this season's best novices if taking to the larger obstacles. Arthurian Legend has experience on his side and was second over course and distance on heavy ground in January. Boyfromnowhere will have learned plenty from his third at Bangor but Rev It Up hasn't raced for a year and Shotgun Paddy, second in a Grade 2 hurdle at Haydock in February, may be a better long-term prospect.
