Verdict
VINCENTTI hasn't visited the winner's enclosure since his juvenile days in 2012 but has plummeted to a mark that has seen him competitive on all starts bar one in 2015. He does find winning hard but two latest runner-up efforts read well in the context of this race and his finishing effort last time suggests that this extra furlong will prove beneficial. He's worth chancing off bottomweight. The strong form of the Clive Cox yard has abated in the past week or so but Strategic Force is expected to go well for the Lambourn operation. Despite doing most of his running of late on artificial surfaces, he's quite at home on the grass and is a leading player and is also likely to be suited by this first attempt at 7f. The once-useful Emilio Largo returns after a long absence and Mime Dance is a more attractive shortlist option over his optimum trip.
