Verdict
Borzoi Maestro has a good draw and is taken to beat Peak To Creek and Intitnice. From stall three, John Spearing's charge should be able to crack out quickly, get to the rail, and make all, as he did at Wolverhampton nine days ago, despite a slipped saddle. He gets a stone from Peak To Creek, a comfortable winner from Mind Alert at Redcar, and that should be enough. Intitnice has the plum draw in one and looks to be improving, but still has it to do at this level, while Miss Mytton has been done no favours in box seven. A bigger danger may be Wares Home, an all-the-way winner at Hamilton, who can reach the frame if able to utilise his early pace. The pace should be fast, which will suit Borzoi Maestro who can complete a four-timer.
