      Verdict

A View Indeed, runner-up in a big field of maidens at Newbury, looked a filly to follow. Unfancied in the market that day she was allowed to go off at 14/1, while the third in that race Sprinkle Stars, who went off favourite that day, half a length back. There should not be too much between them again, but the vote goes to the former to confirm the form. However they may have to play for places behind Tanaji. A half-sister to the useful Batshoof, she showed she has plenty of ability, when finishing close up behind some useful fillies last term.
