Verdict

It's 15 years since Kris Kin won this before his Epsom triumph though Cliffs Of Moher almost did the double last year. The latter's yard is represented by Kenya and ROSTROPOVICH. Ryan Moore rides the latter, a Group 2 winner last season and sure to be better for his run on very testing ground at Longchamp. He gets the vote as Kenya, who won a Group 3 at Leopardstown in October, disappointed behind stable companion Gustav Klimt on that track last month. Finniston Farm tackles a much longer trip after staying on in the Free Handicap but My Lord And Master did his Derby hopes no harm when beaten a head in a Listed contest at Epsom. Rastrelli didn't mix it in strong company last year but looked to have improved significantly at Newbury last month and can get into contention.
