Verdict
Russian Reel looks the most likely winner of this nursery handicap; La Chicaluna and Ramatni are others to consider. The selection is eased in grade after being outclassed last time at Ascot but he had shown enough in his two previous runs to set the benchmark for the rest here. La Chicaluna is clearly going the right way on the evidence of her win at Pontefract last time but that did not look to be the strongest of races and she will need to improve again to get her head in front. Ramatni looked to have regressed last time but she had previously shown plenty of ability, while Rio Taffeta bounced back to form last time and is not out of this. But there are plenty of ticks in the right boxes for Russian Reel who is taken to score.
