Noble Pageant continues to disappoint as he did at Thurles on Tuesday though that was over 3m and this is a huge drop in distance. Five Point Plan is penalised for his bumper success on the track before finding heavy going against him at Limerick and makes his hurdling debut. An Dearthair Og was over 4l behind Five Point Plan in that race here but had previously run well over hurdles and can get into the mix. Dual winning bumper SAINT GERVAIS is the other penalised entry but looks the one to be on as his overall form, especially when narrowly beaten by Primroseandblue over the C&D a month ago, should be good enough for him to gain his first victory over timber. Ennisnag was in good form on fast ground last summer so conditions should be in her favour though she probably needs further.
