Verdict

TRUMPS ACE (NAP) had been racing over much further before dropping back to 2m2f here last month and defying a last fence mistake to win decisively. She travelled well throughout so the shorter trip shouldn't be a problem and she can defy a 7lb rise. Benefit Run landed a beginners' race at Naas then failed to hold off the late challenge of Bridge Native at Tramore with Bee A Beneficiary a close third. There's little between the trio on the revised terms but the winner came home strongly and can confirm the form.
