Verdict

Darragh O'Keeffe was on board when MASKADA won the Grand Annual at Cheltenham and retains the ride. She's tended to need her first run back in the past but is rated the same as Allegorie De Vassy and receives 10lb from Willie Mullins' mare, placed behind Impervious in Grade 2 mares' events at Cheltenham and Punchestown. She was beaten nine lengths by stablemate Instit at Fairyhouse in April when conceding 8lb and is 2lb worse off but a bad mistake at the last put paid to her chances that day, though the winner finished in front of her again at Punchestown before a fair run over hurdles at Auteuil.
