In depth

Verdict

St Brelades Bay and Texas Rock have both won twice around here but have taken 34 races between them to do so. Annie Fior has been in such good form that she was elevated to Listed company at Naas and was by no means disgraced. Flight Risk only had three runs last season, all in October where he performed with credit. He's having his first ever start in a handicap and is greatly respected. JASSAAR can take this as he had shown potential before easily landing a Limerick maiden and doesn't look overburdened while Turbine gained his first victory in 26 starts on Turf and may struggle from 3lb higher in better company. Downforce has dropped to a very reasonable mark despite a close second last time but would prefer some cut in the ground. Verhoyen is very speedy but has never impressed when trying over 6f.
