        Verdict

        A few of these have a bit to prove at present so this may not take much winning. Quoteline Direct is preferred to Frankster of Micky Hammond’s pair and Mick Easterby is also double-handed with Magic City and Miss Sheridan. Channel Packet won over this trip at Chelmsford in November and International Law has won twice at Wolverhampton this year, though the latter pair are probably better on the all-weather. TRINITY STAR is 9lb higher than when taking this 12 months ago but at least we know he’ll handle track and going so a repeat may be on the cards.
