Verdict
The Hannon team have won two of the last four and Log Out Island bids to boost the sequence after his fine effort behind Waterloo Bridge in the Norfolk Stakes. He has another furlong to go here and the winner's yard is represented by PAINTED CLIFFS. Ballydoyle usually run one of their best youngsters in this having won it with the likes of Rip Van Winkle and Mastercraftsman and though the selection didn't have much to do to land his maiden at Leopardstown much better is expected and he can beat off the challenge of the UK raider. Argentero has looked a very smart prospect on soft ground and if handling the quicker conditions looks certain to get involved while Rockaway Valley gained many admirers with a facile victory over the course and distance three weeks ago.
