Dragon Of Malta ploughed through the Killarney mud to record his first success on Friday but an 8lb rise looks excessive. Myrcella has been raised 7lb for her first victory on the same track a couple of days earlier but Paddy Harnett's claim takes care of 4lb of the extra. Ramiro has run very well in his two starts this month but has changed trainers and though CAESAR'S COMET finished 3 lengths behind Trueba here in July but was conceding 10lb. He'll be a massive 16lb better off with the winner taking claims into account and can land this for Denis Hogan, who also has course winner Tony The Gent and Scherzando entered. Drumquina should be at peak fitness following three runs after a long absence.
