In depth

Verdict

The Fahey pair, Spirit Of The Sky and Aleneva, were due to contest the second race at Haydock yesterday. Jamaheery ran in a Group 3 last season but was a big disappointment on her reappearance at Kempton and needs to prove that she has trained on. SEEN THE LYTE is as tough as they come and was slowly away when second at Hamilton 11 days ago – her turn may have come around again. Iva Go shaped well at Haydock last month but than ran poorly when favourite at Beverley but Free Love has claims on her latest third over course and distance.
