In depth
Verdict
A typically open back end nursery with many lightly raced and potentially well handicapped juveniles in opposition. There is little between Eastern Magenta and Parnassian on recent Newbury form but the latter is less exposed and will appreciate a stamina test in the conditions so gets a tentative TEAMtalk vote. There are plenty of dangers such as Albany, who was a recent runner-up over course and distance and should go well under Kieren Fallon while Impersonator was just touched off over a mile last time and has claims despite a subsequent 4lb rise. St Petersburg goes well in the mud and is another to consider following a creditable second at Yarmouth late last month.
