Glasvegas will have to prove he stays this far but is attractively weighted. Rayong was no match for Mum’s Tipple in a similar race at York but was best of the rest. Repartee finished ahead of Pistoletto when third in the Gimcrack at York but the latter is just one of three Aidan O’Brien juveniles in this and it’s no surprise to see Ryan Moore choosing HARPOCRATES ahead of the other two. The Invincible Spirit colt, a winner over 6f at Naas last month, led until close home over 7f in the Acomb at York on his latest start and may hang on this time. Unforgetable ran well in a Group 3 at Leopardstown after winning at Fairyhouse but Ballydoyle has a good line on Joseph O’Brien’s filly. War Storm is on a roll but Electrical Storm, Great Ambassador and Manigordo would need more to get off the mark in this.
