Verdict

I'MSINGINGTHEBLUES is taken to get back on the winning track at the expense of Calgary Bay and Peak Seasons in this small field. Peak Seasons has been kept busy since winning a hurdle at Cartmel in July, but without success, and although he should jump round without problems, third is perhaps the best he can manage. Calgary Bay is likely to be one of Henrietta Knight's leading players this season and he has been schooled by Tony McCoy. This talented individual had a good season over the smaller obstacles last season, and is set to improve for his debut over fences here, but is highly respected. I'mSingingtheblue is a dual hurdle winner and got off the mark at the first ime of asking over fences, before being outpaced on the Flat last time. He was runner up that day, but had the remainder beaten off, and though conceding 6ilbs to Calgary Bay, I'mSingingtheblues is taken to make his experience count in a fascinating match.
