Verdict
LEWISHAM drops back to the minimum trip for his reappearance but is well clear on official ratings. A neck defeat in the Group 2 July Stakes at Newmarket was his best effort of last season and he won't need to run anywhere near that level to open his account in this. Deepest Blue is next best at the weights, with 9lb to spare over Time To Begin, but one of the less-exposed types could improve past both of the latter. They include Nottingham third Robot Boy and Leicester runner-up Flirtinaskirt, while Dandy Nicholls' filly Queen Flush should also be capable of better this year.
