    HOPE YOU CAN RUN has gone close on two previous starts in maiden company here and his presence in this affair looks to have scared off much of the opposition. Haughty was no match for an above-average winner at Thirsk but there was little market interest in Transfer Affection when she made a first foray into nurseries at Newmarket.
