      BLUE POINT scored at the first time of asking when beating five rivals at Nottingham and two of them have since won. That looks solid form and the Godolphin colt is preferred to Shamsaya. The latter ran well in Listed company at Newmarket last time having won at Ripon on her debut. Oceanic and Asfaar make little appeal so the newcomer Election Day, a 150,00gns half-brother to two winners, may prove a bigger threat and is also preferred to Thorndyke and Dandy Place.
