In depth

Verdict

Plenty to consider but Crathorne could provide the answer. The selection has been running well in decent handicaps and, still reasonably weighted, deserves a success like this race offers. C/d winner Royal Cavalier is weighted up to his best. Double Obsession could go well in a first-time visor. Adjawar came back to form at York last time and could go well again. Jeepstar has also been running well and is at the right end of the weights. Doveden Hero hero scored in first-time blinkers last time but is just three pounds higher in the ratings. Really this is like the dessert menu that has too many choices. We'll take the tiramisu of Crathorne.
