      Verdict

      Mahlermade has placed in half of his 10 career starts but a first victory continues to elude the top weight, who has gone up another 2lb. Lough Salt has also proved frustrating to follow but Cougar's Gold was just beaten at Ffos Las after scoring at Uttoxeter, though is handicapped to the hilt now. LORD COUNTY (NAP) is the only course winner in the line-up and he got a lot closer to the in-form Manwell at Wetherby than he had at Catterick 11 days earlier. Edward Glassonbury has won on him before and takes off a valuable 7lb again. Babytaggle gets plenty of weight but may be making up the numbers.
