In depth

Verdict

Universal Folly won over hurdles here in March and makes his chasing debut though seems best on soft ground. After an early mistake, NOTHIN TO ASK really warmed to his task on his chasing debut at Chepstow and won with plenty in hand so a 7lb rise doesn't look enough to prevent a quick double. Willaston won a handicap hurdle at Hexham before well beaten at Aintree and is another having his first start over fences but Rocky Lake made an encouraging chasing debut when a close fourth at Bangor and will have come on for the experience. East Street did well to win twice over timber considering he's bred for chasing and could prove well handicapped for his debut over the bigger obstacles.
