Verdict
FINISK RIVER (NAP) has only been beaten once in his last five. Brian Hughes has been on board for all of those runs but Peter Kavanagh's 5lb claim takes care of most of the 7lb extra for a very easy victory at Sedgefield. Five-times winning hurdler Big Bad Bear bounced back to form in a strong Market Rasen handicap when beaten less than a length but Stoner's Choice has been chasing which may have taken the edge off his pace. Vintage Fizz completed a double at a lower level in the spring but finished last on his reappearance in this grade at Wetherby.
