      Verdict

      Reverend Hubert won at Chelmsford on his first outing over 2m and is 5lb higher. But SEA SYLPH won a tougher handicap than this over 1m6f at Goodwood last autumn and should stay this extra distance on that evidence. Flint Hill won a lower grade contest at Pontefract in September and has a recent outing over hurdles under his belt while both the Irish challenger Sweet Will and Zoffee race on the Flat for the first time since 2020 having both won over jumps subsequently.
