Kilcaragh Boy had dropped to a fair mark before gaining his first success at Roscommon and now has a 6lb rise to contend with. BALINABOOLA has never won but is much better over this trip as he showed when a close second at Tramore, though he was earlier behind Silverpockets at Wexford. However, he has the weights in his favour here and can finally lose his maiden tag. Our Jerry finished just in front of the selection in that Wexford race and has to be considered while course and distance winner Fighting Days is better than he's shown in his last couple of races.
