This doesn't look the strongest of bumpers so Joy's Gift should attract support despite being beaten 12 lengths when runner-up to the odds-on Queen Deirdre at Galway. SCORPION SEA wasn't too far behind that day and is entitled to get much closer so gets the vote as that was her racecourse debut. Angelica Yeats ran very well at Roscommon, though that was over 2m4f, while Miss Butterfly was sent to Worcester for her debut and didn't perform badly in what looked a decent contest. Derek O'Connor's presence on board Shantilly Lace suggests Ronnie O'Leary's filly could be fancied so the market is best watched.
