In depth

Verdict

Several of these have won over hurdles around here including Knot On Time, who landed a maiden in August before a good second on a return visit when he easily reversed earlier form with It Takes Time. British Art won here last month but had a run over fences on the track last summer and was well beaten. Winning bumper Fag An Bealach has shown potential over hurdles and looks the type to make a chaser while Zagnzig defied a massive SP to run a fine race on just his second start over fences here last month. THE ABBEY (NAP) won on the Flat at Killarney in July before runner-up over the course and distance on his chasing debut. He was conceding 7lb to Memory Tree when just failing to make all over slightly further at Listowel and can go one better.
