In depth

Verdict

NERO TULIP was well supported when dropped back to 6f at Naas and dead-heated with the Ballydoyle newcomer Leinster House after leading 2f out. Common Practice ran a much better race on soft ground at Listowel as did Mr Globalist over a mile at the Curragh. Shinkansen was dropped back to 5f in a nursery at Naas and was staying on but Dickochea ran a shocker behind Viareggio at the Curragh on Sunday. Ken Condon's charge had been beaten just a head by the winner at Cork earlier and would take some beating if back to that form. Papa K looks a nursery type and can also get involved.
