Will Be King, a winner over a mile in December, has been a beaten favourite the last three times and is 8lb higher. Masalai couldn't quite get to stable companion Major Power over the course and distance a couple of weeks ago but a 4lb turnaround should be enough to reverse the places. Third-place Mulzamm had every chance and looks held but LIGHTNING CHARLIE (NAP) was having his first start for Johnny Feane when just getting up over 6f last week. He's gone close over this trip in the past and a 3lb rise can see him complete a quick double. Five-times track winner Eacharn can never be dismissed though he's better handicapped on Turf.
