Verdict
Azamesse was a 25/1 chance on her debut and though beaten by the long odds-on Fact Or Folklore, with Realt Eile close up and Ask Miss Byron further behind, she gave supporters of the winner a real fright and should confirm the form. The winner is trained by Willie McCreery, who is represented here by Love Letter, who made her debut over 7f on soft ground at Limerick where she showed up well for a long way. WHITEHAVEN BAY ran in a stronger maiden than this at the Curragh last month where she was noted staying on after getting outpaced. This shouldn't take a great deal of winning and she's taken to land this under Pat Smullen.
