Verdict

Four of these ran in a similar event here two weeks ago but all may be thwarted by CLONDINNERY. Ger Lyons' colt made his debut in what looked a better maiden at the Curragh where he showed very good pace throughout, only succumbing well inside the final furlong. Jolly Snake ran a fine race when runner-up to the well-touted Moment Of Weakness here with Catalpa Sail fourth, Hope Of An Angel fifth and Thakeham last of the eight runners. Hope Of An Angel completely missed the break that day but was noted staying on nicely and she may have the edge of the quartet on this occasion though blinkers should aid Catalpa Sail.
