Verdict
Tipperary Moon and Tyrconnell are in good form but both have to defy outside berths along with the consistent Never Rains and may not be up to the task. Iseebreeze gained the only victory of her career in March last year but she's slowly dropped to a winnable mark and produced her best effort for a long time here 12 days ago, though she's another drawn in double figures. TRIBAL PATH has won four times here and was in good form throughout last winter. He's had three runs on Turf this summer so should be ready for this and gets the vote with Shane Foley booked. Colin Keane rides Cappella Liath, who makes his debut on the surface but ran easily his best race to date when staying on over 6f at Fairyhouse.
