Ciankyle scored over hurdles during the summer and would probably have found a mile on the short side here last week but attempted to make all and was caught late on by Skerray Rules. This longer trip looks ideal and he'll make a bold bid to go one better. BEN RUMSON was having only his sixth career start when runner-up to Shukhov over the course and distance last week. He didn't get the clearest of runs at a crucial stage and this looks a good opportunity to go one better. Milford Lass was behind and looks held while Kevin Ryan couldn't find a race for Geology, who makes his debut for new connections and hasn't run since September nor on an all-weather surface. Masterchippy has shown an occasional glimmer of ability which might be enough to get him in the frame.
