In depth

Verdict

The majority of these are old pals and beat each other in turn. Little Sweetheart is on a hat-trick after her victory a fortnight ago but her earlier success when Fast In The Wind was a close third was gained when receiving 17lb. The latter has still to win on an all-weather surface but has to be considered on these terms and had Kimbay and Kiss The Stars behind when close behind Split The Atom last week. Deeds Not Words has been showing pace over further and his victories in the UK were in sprints so he's one to keep an eye on. PRIMO UOMO was making his debut on the surface and having his first start since April when just failing to catch the in-form Chiclet three weeks ago and with regular pilot Pat Smullen back on board can go one better.
