In depth
Verdict
Gennaro is difficult to recommend on recent performances but the others all have a chance of sorts. Ambersand has had a break since running poorly at Chester in June but remains unexposed. Bring Us Paradise was on a hat-trick when third on heavy going at Haydock while Black Medick, fourth here last time, is back on a winning mark. CONSPIRITOR won off this mark at Bath in July and this track is similar in nature so Charlie Hills’ gelding gets a tentative vote with Welcoming proving hard to place.
