      Verdict

      Hawridge Glory won an amateurs' race over a mile at Salisbury at the end of last month. This longer trip is not a problem but an 8lb hike in the weights might be. Snookered found a 5lb rise for winning at Beverley beyond him when well beaten at Ayr but Dream Machine has placed in all four subsequent starts since scoring at Haydock in May. SWAFFHAM BULBECK opened his account with a maiden win at Nottingham last month. This longer trip should not be a problem for Ed Vaughan’s unexposed charge and he gets the vote with further progress expected.
