Verdict

At a track he should relish a chance is taken on FULL VICTORY. Our selection disappointed last time but should benefit for dropping back to a mile and this rating of 61 appears fair on his pair of second-placed efforts off 64 at Bath earlier this year. His form at that track bodes well for this and he makes appeal, hopefully at a price. Ilie Nastase ran well on ground softer than ideal at Newmarket and has claims off the same mark, certainly more so than Spiritual Art who is yet to win on turf. Jewelled's last two efforts read well and he's another who should adapt to the track although John Hills' horse would've preferred quicker ground. Ocean Countess is a real Brighton specialist who is perhaps a shade high in the weights to win elsewhere.
