Verdict
Katiypour can master the younger Tiger Tiger, with Lygeton Lad and Deeper In Debt also expected to make their presence felt. Katiypour has winning form over the course and distance and indeed was put away after running here in October. He has been getting fit by turning out on the Polytrack at Lingfield, and was only beaten in a photo there 18 days ago. Trained locally by Brooke Sanders, the seven-year-old should now be spot on. Lygeton Lad has to give weight away all round but is no slouch, and bids to follow up his latest success at Lingfield that came over seven furlongs. He has won over a mile and further in the past though so should get involved. Down at the bottom of the weights, the three-year-old Tiger Tiger has only had three career runs, all at Lingfield. Already a visitor to the winner's enclosure, it would be no surprise if he were to run a big race. Deeper In Debt is actually nine-pounds better with Katiypour for a recent defeat and so should not be totally discounted, but Katiypour goes well here and gets the vote.
