This is a severe test for a juvenile but there's every reason to expect VAN PERCY to relish the trip. He's by Sir Percy and made his debut over a mile at Lingfield where he looked very green but stayed on strongly at the finish though still a long way behind subsequent Acomb Stakes winner Dundonnell. With that under his belt he can go one better though Royal Skies, who has a stout pedigree, is another who will relish every yard having showed promise over 7f including on this track. Roman Order will need to improve though there's every chance he will do so, a remark that also applies to Shamaheart, who has been confined to 6f on his two starts to date and shown potential.
