    Verdict

Gayebury stayed on dourly to short-head Prime Venture on his debut at Ffos Las only to lose the race in the stewards' room. He'll be fancied to gain compensation but Bacchanel has been placed in both starts and El Tiburon was third over a shorter trip here last month, despite showing signs of inexperience. BURTON BORU is from solid jumping stock and probably wouldn't need to be a world-beater to make a winning start – the booking of Noel Fehily is a positive sign.
