Verdict

Coningsby is one of the younger ones in the line-up and the winning point-to-pointer makes his handicap debut though will need to improve on what he's shown so far. Katy P has already won three times and though 8lb higher for her latest victory at Worcester in August should be winning again soon. Jully Les Buxy has also been raised the same amount for her victory here last month and she could probably do with some rain though she's still well enough treated to make her presence felt. FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHT (NAP) won a Newbury handicap in January but his best run came when beaten a length in a Class 2 at Ascot in March, form that would be good enough for this. There are plenty of others with chances including Join The Clan, another who has raced in better company.
